3K’s Training Institute LLC is a workforce development and industry compliance training organization committed to preparing individuals for high-demand careers in the construction, industrial, and medical fields. Based in the River Parishes region of Louisiana, we provide hands-on, certification-based training designed to meet the needs of both job seekers and employers.
Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills, credentials, and confidence to succeed — whether they’re entering the workforce for the first time, re-entering after incarceration, or advancing their careers. Through partnerships with local industries, courts, and community organizations, we provide a clear pathway to employment, economic mobility, and long-term success.
We proudly offer training in Boilermaker, Advanced Rigging, Pipefitter, OSHA 10 & 30, Forklift, Safety, and more — along with medical certifications like CNA, Medical Assistant, and Phlebotomy. In addition, our Industry Compliance Services include Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, CPR/First Aid, and on-site welding tests for pre-employment verification.
